Employee Relations and Employment Law in France

Advice on employee relations in France, such as investigations, absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance for example, is essential when dealing with a French employee. Employee Forum (CSE in France)

A CSE (Comité Social & Economique) is the employee representation body in a French company  and is a legal requirement  from 11 employees.
