Full HR Audits
As well as auditing the compliance side of HR (for example your handbook, policies, contracts of employment etc,…) we review all of your ‘People’ working practices and follow a Red, Amber, Green system to submit our recommendations.

Compliance and Due Diligence
We can ensure that your people practices and HR documentation are up to date and compliant. We review handbooks, policies, procedures, contracts of employment and other HR literature where necessary.
We also develop and optimise a range of processes such as recruitment, use of personal data, CQC compliance in personnel files etc.
We support clients with HR due diligence work for mergers and acquisitions in France and in the UK. With our methodical approach, we highlight and communicate risks. We are also experienced in project managing due diligence across a number of countries so we can take care of ensuring the project team is on track.
Employee Relations and Employment Law
Advice on employee relations such as investigations, absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance for example. We can provide support for any process that you may need to go through, from running an independent investigation during a grievance case, through supporting your managers in chairing formal meetings, all the way to a potential dismissal of staff and appeals. We also offer support in conciliation and settlement agreements. We are strong believers of the value of informal meetings and processes so we can assist to develop and tailor these to make sure that your employee relations remain positive as long as possible.
