I  am pleased to highly recommend Viridian HR after working closely with them for the past year in the context of building a new business unit from scratch in France. Throughout this journey, they have been true business partners, providing strong support at every stage. Their expertise has been invaluable, not only in ensuring full compliance with French labour law but also in people development and also helping us to build and deliver the HR roadmap. One aspect that has been particularly beneficial is their deep understanding of both French and UK labour laws. Their ability to explain the key differences between the two systems has been extremely useful, particularly in helping stakeholders unfamiliar with the intricacies of French regulations to make informed decisions. Their team has consistently demonstrated responsiveness, availability, reliability, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the French HR landscape, making them an essential asset in our success. Quartix Ltd have found Viridian HR to be of great assistance to us as we’ve expanded our French-based workforce over the last two years. Some of the main points of assistance, and tasks that we have worked on together, include the production of employment contracts, payroll enquiries, and more recently with our setting up of the company CSE and any French-specific Health and Safety requirements. It is reassuring to know we have a 3rd party that can provide impartial advice on any French legal issues that are different to how HR is run in the UK. We have found the team to be quick in their responses regarding all French related enquiries, and all advice received is not only concise, but also practical, with clear next steps and actions we should be taking. In addition, their monthly online training sessions are very useful and informative as we develop our knowledge of French HR across our teams. Emily Rees, Chief Financial Officer, Quartix Ltd
